Spent $60 on a 'banned classics' box set, half the book pages were blank
I ordered this collector's set of censored novels from a UK seller and thought I was getting the full versions, but turns out they edited out whole chapters to avoid legal trouble in their country. The translator's note even said 'omissions made for compliance.' Anyone else ever get a watered-down copy that was supposed to be the real deal?
