I paid $30 for a 'banned words checker' app and it flagged the word 'snow' in my weather post

I run a small page about local history in my town and last month I got a screenshot of one of my posts taken down for no clear reason. So I paid $30 for this app that claims to scan your text for words that might get you blocked. It flagged the word 'snow' in a post about a 1978 blizzard, and it also flagged 'yellow' in a post about a school bus. I sent the app maker a screenshot of the flagged words and they said it was a 'trained model' and refunds were not offered. Now I just use a free spreadsheet I made myself with words I have actually seen get posts removed, and it works better. Has anyone else paid for one of these tools and got nonsense results back?
