inI paid $50 for an 'AI-written' e-book on gardening and it was just a bunch of recycled blog posts, should we start a blacklist for these sellers?
Check the review sections on other sites too. A lot of those sellers have the same complaints on Etsy or their own store pages. A blacklist here won't stop them from scamming people somewhere else.

inA customer at the shop argued that a $20 chain checker is a waste of money
My old chain checker cost twelve bucks and lasted five years. That's like two cents per use. Seen too many people mess up the ruler method, especially on worn sprockets. A worn chain wrecks your whole drivetrain way faster. The tool just takes the guesswork out.

inUnpopular opinion: Using a $15 moisture meter from the hardware store is way better than just sticking your finger in the soil.
Oh man, my peace lily pulled that exact trick on me. It would look sad, I'd check the top soil, feel some dampness, and wait. The meter showed it was a desert down by the roots. Started watering based on the meter reading and it perked right up. Those thick roots can hold moisture at the top while the bottom half is totally parched. That cheap meter saved me from killing it with kindness.

inJust realized my old method for sharing news links is completely blocked now in some places.
My friend got his whole channel nuked.

inJust hit 500 layers in a single drawing file for a bridge project
Remember that city park redesign last year? My friend's team started with maybe 50 plant layers for the landscaping plan. Then the city kept adding stuff, like specific tree types for each block and different pavement samples. It ended up with over 300 layers just for the garden beds. The final file took forever to open.
