Took me 4 days to find why my ISP's block page ate a forum thread on r/Philippines
I was trying to screenshot a removed post about a Manila protest and my ISP kept serving a 'content not available' page instead of the actual 404, so I had to test 3 different VPNs and a mobile hotspot before I got the real error. Turned out the block only triggered on http, not https, which no one on the support line would confirm, has anyone else seen a block that picky?
