Can we talk about how a 2 minute phone call to the school beat emailing the district for 3 weeks
My kid's middle school pulled a book from the library here in Boise and I fired off emails to the district office for 3 weeks with zero reply. Then I called the front desk, got the principal on the line in 2 minutes, and she actually explained why it got pulled and put it back on the shelf. Did anyone else have better luck going straight to the source instead of working up the chain?
