My neighbor's yard sign debate made me see online bans differently

I saw my neighbors arguing over a political sign in their front yard. One wanted it taken down, saying it was offensive. That got me thinking about how platforms remove posts they don't like. Now I feel that real free speech means letting all views be heard, even the ugly ones. It's scary how quick we are to silence each other.

Totally! I had a friend block me over a dumb meme I shared. It's wild how thin the line is between a debate and getting cut off. Makes you miss when people just argued face to face.
