Had to choose between a shop vac and my mouth after a raccoon nest clogged a flue in Tacoma
The vac was in the truck but the ladder was already down, so I took a deep breath and scooped out the worst of it by hand before realizing the homeowner was filming me the whole time. Has anyone else just committed to a gross shortcut instead of walking back for the right tool, or am I the only one who ranks saving ten minutes over saving face?

Walking back for the tool is the move every time. You get covered in raccoon mess, miss the shot on camera, and still look lazy when that video hits the group chat. Ten minutes of walking beats a week of people sending you that clip.
