Worst day I've had in 12 years - a bird nest the size of a basketball

Last Tuesday I went to a job over on Maple Street in Cleveland and found a bird nest jammed in a flue so bad I had to use a camera to even see where it ended. Took me almost 4 hours to break it all out and vacuum the debris, and the homeowner kept asking if I was done every 20 minutes. Anyone else run into nests that just refuse to budge?
