Hot take: My compost pile took almost a year to actually heat up
Turns out I needed way more 'brown' material (like dried leaves) than 'green' kitchen scraps to get the right balance. Anyone else have a specific ratio that finally worked for them?

Yeah it's crazy how time just stretches out now... like everything takes longer than it should. I see it with packages, appointments, even getting a simple email back. Feels like the whole world is stuck in slow motion sometimes.
