I finally switched to ceramic inserts after a rough run with standard carbide

Has anyone else dealt with getting the feed rate dialed in for ceramic without cracking the insert?

Starting at 0.008 per rev saved me from cracking them.

Did you have to adjust the feed rate much as you went deeper, or did it pretty much stay consistent all the way through?
