Unpopular opinion: I stopped using a file to deburr and my finish got way better in 3 weeks
I always hit the edges of every part with a 10 inch mill file after facing, because that was how the guy who trained me at the shop in Grand Rapids did it back in 2019. Then in March our QC guy put a few of my parts under the comparator and showed me the edge was rolled over about .003, which was why my chamfers kept looking wavy on the second op. I switched to a Shaviv hand deburrer with the M2 blade and a light pass with 320 grit, and after about 3 weeks the wavy edges were gone and the anodize line comes out dead straight. Now I just need to figure out spindle speed on 6061 with a 3 flute so my finish matches the deburr, what are you all running?
