How did you like the tasting? I went to one a while back and it made me try making cold brew at home. It's way easier than I thought it would be, and now I'm kinda hooked.

What kind of setup did you land on for making it at home? I started with just a big mason jar and cheesecloth, which was messy, then moved to a French press for easier cleanup. Are you using a specific bean or just whatever's in the cupboard?

Oh "way easier than you thought," that's how they GET you. First it's a simple jar and some filters, next thing you know you're buying single-origin beans from some tiny farm and debating burr grinders at 2 AM. The tasting is just the gateway drug to a full blown coffee gear addiction. My kitchen counter is a monument to this exact pipeline.
