That time our college invited a Holocaust denier to speak

Last month at State U here in Ohio, the student group invited someone who says the Holocaust didn't happen, and the dean blocked it three days before the event. A bunch of us were split between wanting him to speak for free speech and thinking it was too harmful. What would you have done if you were in that situation?

Blocking him just made him look like a martyr.

Our neighbor tried that with their HOA board. Just went silent after they got outvoted and suddenly everyone thought he was some kind of hero fighting the system. Next thing you know, the guy's running for neighborhood committee and winning.
