Serious question, do you fix a bad pour or rip it out?
I was on a job in Portland last month and the finisher got distracted, left a section too wet. We had about 80 square feet of honeycombing and low spots. Do you patch it up with grout and hope it holds, or is that just a temporary bandage on a bigger problem?

Yeah man, rip it out or you'll be chasing patches forever.

Totally with you on "rip it out." Trying to patch around bad plumbing is a nightmare. You just end up with a leaky mess somewhere else. The time you think you're saving by not doing a full re-route gets eaten up by panic fixes in the middle of the night. Paying someone to do it proper the first time stings but it's way cheaper than paying them twice. Trust me, I learned this the hard way in my own old house.
