Spent 5 hours chasing a 1/8 inch dip on a garage slab in Springfield
Back in 2019 I had this garage slab in Springfield that kept holding a low spot about an eighth inch deep, and no matter how many times I went back over it with the bull float it kept showing up once the cream set. Turned out my screed was riding up on a little pile of aggregate near the edge, and once I shoveled that off it finished flat in about 10 minutes. How do you all catch those little high spots before the mud starts to set?
