Can we talk about how 9/11 truthers and fake moon landing folks are hurting real conspiracy research?
I used to lurk on these forums back in 2017 when I first got into the JFK files that got declassified. Reading through all the evidence on the magic bullet theory was genuinely interesting, even if I didn't fully buy the alternative. But lately every thread I click turns into someone posting pixelated shadows from Apollo 11 photos or claiming the twin towers had demolition charges because of some grainy video from a guy in Ohio. I get it, questioning official stories is part of the fun, but when you mix one solid mystery like who really killed Kennedy with three baseless claims about holograms or space lasers, you make the whole community look like a joke. I spent 6 months going through the Warren Commission documents at the National Archives in DC and found real gaps in the timeline, but I can't even bring that up without someone screaming about thermite residue. The mainstream media loves pointing at the loudest crazies to dismiss anyone who questions anything, and we're handing them the ammo. Why not focus on the cases with actual paper trails and witness testimony instead of chasing every wild theory that pops up on YouTube? Has anyone else noticed the quality of debates here dropping since the flat earth crowd moved in?
