I was at the Laramie County fairgrounds last weekend helping my cousin set up his booth and counted 14 poles with cameras on them, and every single one aimed at a gate or a ticket window. Not one faced the parking lot where cars sat for hours. So who is the footage really for, the crowd or the cash?
