Remember when the Denver airport murals were the big thing?

I was in a college dorm room in 2012 trying to explain the blue horse to my roommate, and my whole argument fell apart when he just asked 'why would they hide it in plain sight?'. What's a theory you used to buy into that seems silly now?

That Denver airport horse is actually a public art piece named Blue Mustang, and the artist died making it... which is way darker than any conspiracy. I bought into the whole "chemtrails" thing for a while in my late teens. Looking back, I just didn't understand how cloud formations and normal flight paths worked. It feels pretty silly now that I know the basic science.
