Watched my neighborhood go from majority owner-occupied to 60% rentals in 4 years.
A big property management company bought up three blocks of houses after the 2020 freeze. Now half my street is Airbnbs with nobody home and trash cans in the driveway for weeks. Anyone else seen their area flip that fast?

Same story over here except those Airbnbs never even mow the lawn.

Well at least your neighbors know you're there. Around here the weeds are taller than the "No Trespassing" signs.
