Finally had a day where every call back turned into a signed contract

Last Thursday I bid 3 bathroom remodels and all 3 clients said yes within 6 hours, which never happens in my 12 years of doing this in Tampa, has anyone else had a random perfect day like that?

That 'every call back turned into a signed contract' thing is wild when it happens. My advice is to ride that wave while it lasts but don't expect it again for a while, it's usually a fluke (but a good one). Just make sure you've got your subs lined up so you don't get slammed and mess up the timeline on those jobs.

Question whether it's really that serious? I mean it's one good run, not a career breakthrough. I've seen guys talk about "riding the wave" like they just won the lottery, then they crash and burn because they overcommitted on subs and timelines for work that was barely on paper. Maybe just take the wins, bank the cash, and don't overthink it. You're not a surfer, you're a contractor. Get another job tomorrow and it'll probably be back to the usual grind of chasing leads and haggling over prices.
