Just realized my best week ever was all luck not skill

Last March I had a whole week where every pour I did on a fiberglass shower pan came out perfect. No leveling issues, no thin spots, just smooth finish every time. Then the next Monday I had three pans bubble up because the resin was too cold from storage. Has anyone else had a run of perfect work that made you feel invincible right before reality kicked in?

Man that's the worst feeling. I read somewhere once that in the trades your wins and losses even out over time but it never feels that way when you're in the middle of a bad streak. The perfect week just sets you up harder for the fall you know. Three pans bubbling up after a perfect week is brutal. I've had the same thing with cold resin before, it's like the universe has a sick sense of humor. Just got to keep your head down and remember the bad weeks are part of the deal too.

Keep your head down and your resin warm I guess (or not, apparently). My last bad streak was so bad I started wondering if the universe just personally hated my pans.
