Just realized using a simple punch list template saves me 2 hours per week on job closeouts
I was stuck doing final walkthroughs for a client in Denver last month and kept forgetting small stuff until I found a free template online that lists every single item by room. Has anyone else found a specific format that cuts down on rework?
