My wife says freezing chili is lazy, but I made 6 quarts on Sunday and we ate good till Wednesday
I get that fresh tastes better but spending 4 hours on one pot I can eat 3 nights beats cooking something new every single night, and honestly reheated chili on day two tastes better anyway, so I'm wondering if anyone else thinks the whole "leftovers are a compromise" thing is just wrong?
