A 30 year guy named Earl told me to stop boom up before swinging, and he was right
Earl said to swing first, then boom up once the load is clear of the truck, and it cut my cycle time on a 40 foot pick by about 20 seconds each. Tried it on a job in Reno with 60 or so picks and my operator said my swings felt way smoother. Anyone else run it that way or is it just a habit from older lattice machines?
