Rant: My brother thinks driving a mobile crane is like playing a video game

He visited my site and made jokes about how easy it must be to swing the boom around. I tried to explain the focus needed for load charts and wind conditions, but he just laughed. Now every family dinner, he asks if I've 'leveled up' yet, and it just adds to my frustration. I wish he understood the skill and safety involved.

My buddy's crane got a computer glitch and he had to land a load the old way, pure sweat.

Your brother has a point with the video game thing. Modern cranes have computers and joysticks that do most of the hard work for you now.
