Saw a guy at the Port of Savannah last Tuesday running a 300-ton crawler with his outrigger pads half sunk in mud
Ground was soft from the rain and he never checked it before swinging. I yelled at him to stop and he waved me off, ten minutes later that left track was buried to the frame.
If you're on soft dirt do you pad up more or just call it and wait for it to dry?
