Watched our build site go from mud pit to framed in 11 weeks
We started clearing our lot in March and honestly the first month was just dirt and rebar sticking out everywhere. Last week I drove by and there's actual walls and a roof line, you can finally walk the floor plan and see where the kitchen will go. The crew switched from pouring footings to framing in about a week, that's when the pace really picked up. Anyone else surprised by how fast the framing stage moves once the foundation is set, or did yours stall waiting on lumber delivery too?
