Hit my first 10k month after three years of grinding this restaurant

Last Friday I ran the numbers and saw we finally broke $10k in a single month, and honestly it was that random Thursday lunch rush from the Ford plant that pushed us over the edge has anyone else had a single customer group make or break your month?
