Switched to ultrasonic injector cleaning and wish I'd done it sooner
For years I was just doing the basic drip cleaning on injectors with a kit from the parts store. Finally broke down and got a cheap ultrasonic cleaner off Amazon for 80 bucks, ran a set of injectors from a 7.3 Powerstroke through it last weekend and the difference in idle smoothness was night and day. Anybody else made the switch and had good results?

Yeah I feel you on that. I put it off for way too long too, thinking the basic kit was good enough. Night and day difference is right, it's almost like you forget how rough they were running until you clean em right.

Night and day difference" makes me wonder if the noise levels drop just as much as the performance improves.
