My kid asked why I never post my own art, just look at everyone else's

They pointed at my tablet and said 'your stuff is cool too, dad'. I've been sketching for years but always thought it wasn't good enough to share here. How do you get over that feeling?

Remember when everyone was posting those terrible first cakes during lockdown? Mine looked like a sad pancake but people were so nice about it. Sometimes you just gotta hit post before you overthink it.

Nah, the kind internet never left. Just gotta find the right corners. My baking group still cheers on every lopsided cake.
