Spent 40 hours on a piece last month, and my tablet died before I saved
So last Thursday I was 6 hours deep into shading a dragon piece for a client in Portland, and my tablet just froze. I hadn't saved in like an hour because I was in the zone and kept telling myself "one more layer." Lost about 5 hours of work, but here's the weird part, the redraw came out way better when I started over the next morning. I think I finally just let go and stopped overthinking the scales. Does anyone else work better after losing progress, or do you guys save every 5 minutes like a normal person?
