Swapped my tablet for a Cintiq after 5 years, my lineart looks different now

I used to sketch everything on an iPad with Procreate and just accepted the wobbly zoom lag. Last month I got a used Cintiq 16 for $300 and now my strokes feel way more controlled. Has anyone else noticed a big shift switching between screen types, or am I just in the honeymoon phase?

I saw some artist on twitter talking about how the Cintiq screen texture just grips the pen differently than glass, so your hand naturally slows down and you get cleaner lines. Also heard about the parallax thing on iPads messing with people's muscle memory, so that $300 was probably a steal honestly.
