A librarian in Reno pulled my post off the board for one word, and even she looked confused
Went to the downtown Reno library on Tuesday for that community info board near the front desk. I pinned up a flyer for a free talk about data privacy, and a librarian took it down within 10 minutes. Said the phrase "surveillance tech" was flagged by their new content system and she couldn't override it. The system is called CivicGuard, if you can believe that name. Has anyone else run into a library or city building using filtering software like this on paper flyers?

Seems backwards that a paper flyer needs a robot censor when real books on the same topic sit right inside.
