Got unbanned from a forum after 6 months - one specific tip helped
I was banned from a tech forum for sharing a link to a privacy tool. A guy named Dave in another group told me to send a direct appeal to the mod team with the exact URL context explained. It worked, and I got my account back yesterday.

Hang on wait, @the_wesley are you serious? The actual SSA game them more than just the standard "we looked at it and still say no" letter? Because I have never once in my life heard of overruling a damn thing after you file one of those things. Last time I tried it they sent back the same denial with a different date on it. What specifically did they do differently here?
