Noticed my old blog comments from 2018 are suddenly gone on a platform I used to trust

Saw a thread from 2015 completely intact last week but my 2018 posts vanished after they updated their terms in March, has anyone else checked their old threads?

Honestly, that's the thing that gets me. It's like with subscriptions for stuff now, they just quietly slip in new terms and hope you don't notice. It's the same pattern everywhere you look, from streaming services to your phone plan. Ngl, you pretty much have to check your emails like a hawk or you'll miss the fine print and end up paying more. It feels like this is just how things work now, nobody asks permission, they just tell you after.
