My coworking space in Chiang Mai had a pet monkey and it stole my wifi dongle
Was working at this trendy spot near Nimman and a macaque grabbed my USB dongle right off my laptop. Ran after it for 5 minutes through the garden before it dropped the thing in a koi pond. Anyone else deal with wildlife messing with your gear on the road?

That monkey probably learned that behavior from watching people. They figure out pretty quick that small shiny things get a reaction. The real issue nobody brings up is how those places feed the wildlife to attract tourists, then act surprised when the animals get bold. Bet that dongle was covered in peanut residue or something. Did the pond water ruin the thing or did it somehow survive?
