Spent 3 hours searching for a single sample pack I bought 5 months ago

I bought this pack of percussion loops from SoundFlow back in March, downloaded it once, and then my external drive died. No backup because I'm an idiot. I thought it'd be a quick trip through my email receipts to find the download link. Turned out the confirmation email went to my spam folder and got auto-deleted after 30 days. I had to message their support with just my PayPal transaction ID and wait for them to dig through their records. Took me 3 full hours of back and forth to get a new download link. Has anyone else run into this issue where your old purchase emails vanish and you lose access to stuff you paid for?

I started keeping three copies after losing a project folder once, never looked back.
