Switched my whole view on his trade policies after visiting a factory in Ohio
I used to think the tariffs were just noise and hot air. Then last month I toured a small stamping plant outside Toledo. The owner showed me order books from 2019 and 2024, plain as day. He said the tariffs brought back 12 contracts that had moved to China back in 2016. I stood there watching presses run and realized my old take was based on a podcast, not reality. Anyone else have a change of heart after seeing something with your own eyes?
