Bought the fancy feather finish and it was a total waste

I dropped $140 on that overpriced premixed feather finish for a small hallway job in Tulsa, and it dried up weird in the bucket before I even used half. The cheap powder mix I always used works just as fine, so I basically paid double for nothing. Anyone else get burned by the premium stuff that sits on the shelf?

Man, powder mix never fails, don't see why folks pay extra for that bucket crap.
