Debate: Should you pre-fill screw holes or just let the mud do the work?
I had a guy named Mike from a job site in Phoenix tell me to always pre-fill my screw holes with a thin coat before taping, said it prevents blisters. I tried it on one room and skipped it on another, and honestly the pre-filled side looked way smoother after sanding. But it also took me like 20 extra minutes per wall. Is that extra time worth it, or do you guys just put the tape on dry? I'm curious what the standard is around here.

Prevents blisters" - yeah but nobody talks about how humidity messes that up either.
