Spent $380 on a thermal label printer and now I regret waiting so long

I used to print labels on regular paper and tape them to poly mailers. Figured it was cheap and fine. Then I had a batch of 200 orders where half the labels smudged or peeled off in transit, got like 15 complaints and 6 replacements. Finally caved and bought a Rollo during a sale, cost me $380 with a starter pack of labels. Wish I did it months ago, the time I save per order is insane and no more tape mess. Anyone else still using paper labels or am I late to the party?
