Check out Millcreekpainters. We used them for our exterior stucco and trim last year. Super professional crew, and they literally cleaned up every single piece of tape and drop cloth before they left for the day.
Finding reliable trades in the city can be tough right now, but I second the recommendation above. Getting a company that actually does proper prep work (sanding, scraping, priming) makes all the difference for exterior longevity.
