Stop parking in the bike lane on Whyte Ave, it's getting dangerous

I've been biking down Whyte Ave for about 4 years now and it's getting worse every month. Just yesterday I counted 4 cars parked in the bike lane between 99th and 101st street during evening rush. Delivery drivers and Uber eats people seem to think the painted lane is a loading zone. It forces me to swerve into traffic or risk getting doored. Does anyone else have close calls with this specific stretch or know if the city actually enforces it?

Ride a bit slower" nah we shouldn't have to adjust for people breaking the law.

Saw an Amazon van just parked in the bike lane on Whyte last week, driver was just sitting there scrolling on his phone. City never tickets them, I've seen the same thing happen right past a cop car and they didn't do anything. Ride a bit slower through that stretch and watch for people suddenly opening doors, that's what's saved me so far.
