Had to replace a door operator mid-service in a hospital elevator bank

Last Thursday at St. Mary's in Philly, the G.A.L. door operator on car 3 completely seized up during PM and we ended up swapping the whole unit in under 90 minutes, has anyone else had those hydraulic release valves stick open?

Yeah, had that exact issue on a Schindler last month. Real pain.

Hated Schindlers before that, but dealing with that issue actually made me respect them a bit more lol. Still annoying to fix though.
