Five tries is a new record for me, I usually give up after three. I mean, @abbyc33 is right, the app is so heavy now it feels like trying to run a new game on a potato. You must have the patience of a saint. I bet the one setting you changed was the only thing standing between you and throwing that phone out the window. Honestly, that's a level of tech stubbornness I can only hope to reach someday.
