A client told me my extraction technique looked like I was 'trying to milk a tiny, angry cow'.

I was working on a stubborn blackhead on a guy's nose in my Tempe studio, and he just blurted it out. I switched to a gentler, rolling motion with my loop tool instead of my usual press-and-pull. Has anyone else gotten a weird comment that actually made you change your method?

What other weird tips have made you better at your job?

Oh, the "weird tips" thing is so real. I read this piece once about "pre-writing" your emails in a text file before you even open your inbox, just to get your thoughts straight without the pressure of the send button. It sounded odd, but trying it totally changed my game, hannaho52. Now I dump all my messy reactions and points into a blank document first. Then I cut it down and paste the clean version into an actual email. It stops me from sending those heated, rambling replies I used to regret.

Pretty sure writing emails in a text file is just drafting with extra steps though, right?
