Had a client yesterday who had a full face reaction to a new serum she bought online
Her skin was red, tight, and peeling after using a 'vitamin C' product from some random site for just three days. I spent the whole appointment calming her down and walking her through a gentle recovery routine with ceramide cream and cool compresses. Has anyone else seen a big jump in these DIY skincare disasters lately?

Honestly people should do more research before buying. Maybe she just has really sensitive skin.

Lol tell that to my skin, which breaks out if I even look at a product wrong. I once got a rash from a moisturizer labeled "for sensitive skin," so 500 reviews would have saved me a lot of trouble.

The product has over 500 reviews mentioning the same rash. That points to a formula issue, not just one person's skin.
