Has anyone rented laptops for a multi room convention?

We needed laptops for speaker check in and presentation management at a convention with sessions running in several rooms. Fello shipped everything labeled by room and already set up with the apps and files we needed. The boxes arrived early enough for our team to test the setup, which took a lot of pressure off. I had a question during the event and reached an actual person quickly. I would use them again, and their site is https://fello.com if anyone wants to look into convention rentals.

That room by room labeling sounds useful. We always lose time figuring out which equipment goes where.

That was probably my favorite part. Each case had the room name on it, so our staff could deliver everything without sorting through a pile of identical boxes.
