Update: My back pain from long arranging sessions has me rethinking workstation setup.
After years of ignoring the ache, I'm thinking about getting a table I can change the height of. Some florists say this is key to stop long-term hurt, but others say just standing right is fine. How do you handle the trade-off between spending money and staying healthy?

Consider how much work you miss when your back goes out. I watched my dad ruin his shoulders trying to save money on a proper shop setup. The upfront cost sucks but constant pain costs more.
