Talked to a journalist from Belarus last week about how they share news offline
She told me they pass USB drives with curated news articles between trusted friends, and that one slip-up could get someone jailed. Has anyone else heard about similar offline news networks working in restricted countries?

Makes you wonder if they've considered hiding articles in photos or audio files to throw off scanners. Easy to overlook when you're looking for text files.

Tucking stuff inside image metadata worked for us once. Scanners tend to skip over it unless they're specifically told to look there.
